Takagi, a manufacturer of tankless water heaters, has added the T-H1 to its product line. It efficiently delivers more hot water in less time by using a preheating system and a built-in neutralizer system. The preheating system uses dual heat exchangers that heat water in a two-step process.

The T-H1's neutralizer system consist of two features that allow for a longer life span. It has a condensation collector, which captures the exhaust. The condensation is then sent through a neutralizer that softens the water, reducing wear and tear on the pipe system.

The T-H1 weighs 92 lbs and can be wall-mounted indoors or outdoors. Its twin heater technology allows for a thermal rating of 94% for natural gas and liquid propane.
