Welcome to Heat Exchangers Information

New faces at Tranter International

Tranter International, one of the world's leading manufacturers of plate and welded heat exchangers, has strengthened its UK sales team with the appointments of Paulo Duarte as Business Development Manager and Simon Gittins as a new Internal Sales Engineer. Paulo Duarte has previously held the role of Commercial Manager which provided him with experience of liaising with a variety of related industries. Though primarily based at the Tranter UK sales office in Stockport, Paulo will cover the whole of the UK and Ireland.

His main sales focus will be the oil and chemical processing industries where Tranter deploy their largest PHEs, as well as the pharmaceutical and high technology industries, where Tranter can offer efficient and cost effective solutions.

As Tranter Business Development Manager, he is eager to ensure the Tranter brand is at the top of customers vendor lists, and increase the customer awareness of the extensive Tranter range of products.

Simon Gittins was snapped up soon after his graduation from Leeds University where he studied Chemical Engineering.

In his new role as Internal Sales Engineer within Tranter Simon will be assisting customers with technical enquiries and preparing and submitting quotations based on their requirements.

Simon is also specialising in the Tranter Econocoil prime surface heat exchangers, exclusively produced at the nearby Wakefield manufacturing centre, as well as the complete range of Tranter all welded heat exchanger units.

As a new recruit to the industry Simon is an enthusiastic addition to the team and sees Tranter as the ideal environment to progress and succeed in this field.

Tranter International offers the world's widest range of gasketed and welded plate heat exchangers, serving chemical processing, industrial, petrochemical, marine/offshore applications and all other process dependant industries.
